Third-Dues and collections:

 We note that the collection percentage in 2005 was less than the collection percentage of the previous year 2004 and due to adding the capitalized amounts /1115/ Million S.P to the lotal dues which led to the  increase of the dues block ;Knowing that the collection percentage is 100 % for 9 branches approximately, and 90-99 % for 28 branches, as well as it averaged 70-89 % in 48 branch and fell to 70 % in 21 branch.
