Seventh- Training ,Qualifying and exchanging experiences:

A – Internal courses:

In the phase of modernization and development and in order to raise the employees abilities at the Bank and develop their professional capacities ; the Bank carried out a workshop at the supervision of accounting and credit managements in the governorates centers by the accounting and credit managers. It involved the bramches' managers and the heads of credit, accounting and collection department of all branches in the country. The workshop included an explanation of the executive instructions of the degree No 46 and its accounting entry related to releasing the farmers from their charged interests to the Bank .In addition to the instructions of applying the Credit & Monetary Council decision No 43 related to the Capitalization of interests.

The Regional Union for Agricultural Credit in the Near East and North Africa

East and north africa:

- The Bank participated in the forty2^nd meeting of the excutive council that had been held in San'a' /Al- Yaman during the period 29-31.1. 2005.

- The Bank also participated in the workshop organised by the Union, the Food & Agriculture Organization ( FAO )and Micro Funding Net in the Arabic countries (Sanapel), about the subject (Rural Funding horizons and convying the changes) wich held in Amman during the period 11-13.7.2005

- As well the Bank shared the attendance of ( the International Conference of the Rural & Agriculture Funding ) organized by five unions and international organizations specialized in the rural funding including the Regional Union in Addis Ababa / Ethiopia during 25-27. 11..2005.

- The Bank participated in the training program about (Preparing& Evaluating small credit projects) by using personal computer (PC) which held in Tunis during the period 7-17.12.2005.

Diffirent courses:

- The Bank shared the training courses held in the training center on the foreign languages related to the State Planning Commission and the National Institution of the General Administration.

- The Bank, as well , participated actively in making the summer training for the Banking and commercial Medium Intitution students and for the Commercial Secondary students who had been sent to the Bank to train them for aperiod of one wageless month.
